The Wallonia Export & Investment Agency or AWEX, is the public service in Wallonia in charge of attracting foreign investment to Wallonia-Belgium. AMENA has been selected to Authorized Investment Representative in Italy for AWEX, identifying companies in Italy with an expansion interest in Belgium, as a hub for North-West Europe. The particular strength of Wallonia are Life Sciences, Agri-Food, Aerospace and due to its central location, logistics.
